Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to manage our clinical studies effectively. In this role, you will ensure that all research protocols are followed accurately, while also providing support to study participants throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate clinical trials from initiation to completion.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Collect and analyze data as per study protocols.
• Liaise with principal investigators, study teams, and patients.
• Document all trial-related processes and maintain accurate records.
• Organize and lead site visits and meetings with stakeholders.
• Assist in the recruitment and assessment of study participants.
• Monitor the progress of clinical trials and address any issues.
• Prepare trial progress reports for management and stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to clinical staff on study protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in clinical research or coordinator roles

Certifications

• Understanding of regulatory submissions: Knowledge of the process for submitting studies for regulatory approval.
