Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects in Sandton. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing full project life cycles, from project initiation through planning, execution, and closure. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, all while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from inception to closure.
• Ensure all projects adhere to defined quality standards.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance project delivery.
• Analyze project performance and implement improvements for future projects.
• Mentor junior project team members and cultivate a high-performance culture.
• Develop and maintain project documentation throughout the project life cycle.

Requirements

Education

• Master's in Project Management or related discipline
• PMP certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale projects

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies
• Stakeholder Management

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is a plus
• Prince2 Certification is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with stakeholder engagement: Proven success in managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
