Responsibilities

  • Enhance payroll processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll data for compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing annual payroll reports for financial audits.
  • Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure correct deductions.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest payroll software and systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Certification in Payroll Management preferred

  • 3+ years of relevant payroll processing experience
