The successful candidate will conduct research to develop new food products, improve existing ones, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative food solutions that meet consumer demand.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development projects from concept through to commercialisation.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences.
• Optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ingredient manufacturers.
• Train technical staff on new products and processes.
• Document research findings and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff in food science methodologies.
