Responsibilities

  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
  • Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews.
  • Organize recruitment events and job fairs to attract talent.
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to streamline the onboarding process.
  • Develop relationships with universities and professional organizations for recruitment opportunities.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and candidate pipeline status.
  • Offer guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience through effective communication.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment and proven track record of successful placements
