Join our HR department as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, where you will play a vital role in managing employee compensation, health benefits, and pension plans. Your analytical skills will help us benchmark our compensation against industry standards while driving the strategic direction of our compensation policies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze job descriptions and market data to develop equitable salary structures.
• Provide expert guidance to management on compensation-related matters.
• Create and maintain job grading structures and compensation guidelines.
• Manage annual compensation review processes to ensure timely and accurate adjustments.
• Assist with employee outreach concerning company benefits options.
• Recommend innovative benefits programs based on employee needs and market trends.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws regarding compensation practices.
• Conduct internal audits of compensation practices and benefits programs.
• Train managers on best practices for performance evaluation and salary discussions.
• Coordinate employee engagement surveys to assess satisfaction levels with compensation and benefits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Human Resources
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience within compensation and benefits roles
