Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute HR initiatives that support business growth.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle and talent management.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and feedback.
  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Oversee compliance with employment equity and health safety regulations.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion efforts within the organisation.
  • Manage workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with department heads on workforce issues.
  • Assist in payroll management and compensation analysis.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred
