Join our recruitment team as a Recruitment Specialist where you will play a vital role in attracting and securing top talent for our clients. You will conduct interviews, manage candidate pipelines and work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional recruitment services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for roles.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
• Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
• Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR

Certifications
