Job Description

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals. You will manage the recruitment process, oversee employee relations, and drive initiatives for workforce development. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling HR operations in a dynamic environment and will have a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR strategy development in line with company objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment cycle from job postings to interviews.
  • Design and oversee employee training programs for skill development.
  • Handle all employee relations and ensure a positive workplace culture.
  • Administer performance management processes, guiding managers on best practices.
  • Stay updated with changes in employment legislation and adapt HR policies accordingly.
  • Foster strong relationships with employees to promote a happy workplace.
  • Evaluate and improve employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to improve retention.
  • Create reports on HR metrics for executive review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • Master's degree in HR Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience in a managerial role
