Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Client Relations Manager to enhance our customer interactions and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will exhibit a keen understanding of customer needs, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain documentation of client interactions and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with marketing for client-focused campaigns and communications.
  • Monitor service level agreements and ensure compliance with client contracts.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients and training them on processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a managerial role
