Job Responsibilities

Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Create and maintain documentation of client interactions and outcomes.

Monitor service level agreements and ensure compliance with client contracts.
Assist in the onboarding of new clients and training them on processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
MBA preferred
CRM Software Proficient in the use of CRM systems for managing client relationships.
Data Analysis Capable of analyzing data to extract meaningful insights for client engagement.
Excellent Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with clients.
Problem-solving Ability to address client concerns effectively and efficiently.
English (Fluent)
Afrikaans (Basic)
