Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Retirement Planning Advisor to assist clients in developing customized retirement plans. The successful candidate will leverage their financial expertise to educate clients and support them through their financial journey.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' financial positions to recommend appropriate retirement solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing retirement planning recommendations.
• Assist clients in understanding their pension options and benefits.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance through the retirement planning process.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow the advisory business.
• Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to ensure alignment with evolving goals.
• Utilize financial planning software to create detailed retirement forecasts.
• Advise on tax-efficient retirement withdrawal strategies.
• Foster a culture of transparency and trust with clients.
• Engage in continuing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Advanced Certificate in Financial Planning preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years in retirement planning or a similar financial advisory role
