We are seeking an experienced Auto Rebuilder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of automotive repair and reconstruction processes, focusing on restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition. This role requires a meticulous approach to bodywork and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for damage and provide detailed repair estimates.
• Utilize advanced tools for vehicle diagnostics and repair.
• Restore vehicles using high-quality materials to ensure durability.
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies needed for repairs.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workshop.
• Train junior staff on repair techniques and safety protocols.
• Develop strategies to reduce repair turnaround times.
• Work closely with management to improve overall service quality.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Formal qualification in Auto Body Repair or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in auto body repair and reconstruction.
