Job Description

The Retail Manager will oversee daily operations of our retail store in Cape Town, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient store management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a passion for retail and customer engagement. You’ll be responsible for staff management, stock control, and driving sales performance to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash management and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product delivery.
• Implement health and safety guidelines in the store.
• Utilize analytics to drive sales strategies.
• Develop customer loyalty programs and initiatives.
• Manage in-store promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Report on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a retail management position
