We are seeking skilled Mixing and Blending Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our construction team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing and mixing various construction materials, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the process. Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix construction materials, ensuring quality control.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functionality of mixing equipment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols on site.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure material availability.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the Site Supervisor.
• Inspect materials before mixing to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Adjust mixing processes based on daily project needs.
• Document mixing activities as required.

Requirements

Education

• A matric certificate is advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with construction materials and mixing techniques
• Mechanical aptitude

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Problem-solving skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to operate other construction equipment: Familiarity with operating various construction tools and machinery.
• Previous on-site construction experience: Hands-on experience working in construction sites is preferred.
