Job Description

As a CMS Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing our content management system and ensuring our web platforms are optimized for user engagement. You will work closely with developers and content creators to maintain a seamless digital experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily CMS operations and manage user roles and permissions.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align content with promotional goals.
  • Evaluate and implement new CMS features to enhance user experience.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors for CMS-related services.
  • Analyze user feedback and website analytics to inform content strategy.
  • Maintain documentation related to CMS processes and technical specifications.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to web content delivery.
  • Support SEO efforts through effective content structuring and tagging.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new website features.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by engaging with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant certifications in CMS technologies is a plus

  • 3+ years of experience in a CMS administrative role
