Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related queries.
  • Resolve hardware and software issues for employees.
  • Perform regular backups and system updates.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve recurring issues.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
  • Provide assistance in IT training sessions for staff.
  • Evaluate user needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years in IT support roles
