Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis to determine the underlying causes of production issues.
• Utilize Six Sigma or Lean methodologies in continuous improvement projects.
• Assist in the development of new products and enhancements to existing products.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement automated systems for efficiency.
• Engage with suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal resource utilization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
