Job Description

We are on the hunt for a Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various construction projects in Vanderbijlpark. The ideal candidate will be skilled in project management, actively engaged with contractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and meeting deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee construction projects, ensuring they comply with local regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
• Implement health and safety plans to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide leadership to the construction team and manage performance evaluations.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding project status and any changes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in construction management or project management
