Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager, your primary role will be to spearhead construction projects, ensuring all operations run smoothly from planning to completion. This entails collaborating closely with builders, contractors, and clients, managing budgets, and adhering to project timelines. Your leadership will be key in driving project outcomes and maintaining high-quality standards in safety and construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects adhere to relevant building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor site safety practices and enforce health and safety standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications will be advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in construction
