Job Description

As a Bale Opener, you will play a crucial role in our production line by operating the bale opener machinery to process raw materials essential for our textile manufacturing process. You will ensure quality compliance and maintain machinery performance while working in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate bale opener machinery, ensuring correct material feed rates and quality.
• Regularly inspect machinery to identify and resolve any operational issues.
• Collaborate with the Materials Handling team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Prepare reports on daily production and machinery performance.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements and challenges.
• Maintain accurate logs of production output and equipment maintenance.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and quality within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Manufacturing Operations is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience with textile or manufacturing machinery preferred.
