As a Supply Chain Manager, you will take charge of our logistics and supply chain operations in Johannesburg, implementing best practices to optimize productivity. The ideal candidate will be skilled in supply chain strategy, procurement, and logistics management, with a strong ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic plans to improve the supply chain processes and reduce costs.
• Develop strong relationships with key suppliers and maintain open lines of communication.
• Analyze and interpret supply chain data to drive decisions and improve processes.
• Supervise logistics teams to ensure timely and effective product delivery.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by improving delivery times and reducing order errors.
• Implement sustainable practices within the supply chain to meet environmental goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in comprehensive supply chain roles

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
