Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Architect who is passionate about design and ready to take on exciting projects in Cape Town. You will be involved in every stage of the design process, from concept through to construction. The ideal candidate brings creativity, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive design presentations for clients.
  • Draft architectural plans, elevations, and sections.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure design intent is met.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations and coordinate with contractors.
  • Analyze project feasibility and develop creative solutions.
  • Research materials and construction techniques.
  • Assist in project scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Manage project changes and documentation.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Continuously refine design strategies to optimize outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Architectural Technology diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the architecture field

  • Revit
  • Adobe Creative Suite

Certifications
  • Certified Architectural Technician

Languages
