You will be involved in every stage of the design process, from concept through to construction. The ideal candidate brings creativity, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive design presentations for clients.
• Draft architectural plans, elevations, and sections.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure design intent is met.
• Conduct on-site evaluations and coordinate with contractors.
• Analyze project feasibility and develop creative solutions.
• Research materials and construction techniques.
• Assist in project scheduling and resource allocation.
• Manage project changes and documentation.
• Foster a collaborative team environment.
• Continuously refine design strategies to optimize outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Architectural Technology diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the architecture field

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Architectural Technician
• Green Building Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with sustainable design practices: Knowledge of green building techniques and sustainability standards.
