Pharmacist

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and motivated pharmacist to join our team in Cape Town. As a pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in patient care by dispensing medications, advising on drug interactions and side effects, and ensuring the safe use of prescriptions.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care and services.
• Document pharmacy services and interventions appropriately.
• Stay updated with evolving pharmacy practices and medication therapies.
• Advise on over-the-counter medications and health products.
• Liaise with healthcare providers to promote integrated patient care.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Specialization in Clinical Pharmacy is a plus

Experience

• Experience in a retail pharmacy environment preferred
