Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hospitality team in Pietermaritzburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management and a passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards in accommodations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the housekeeping team to provide exceptional cleanliness across the property.
  • Conduct quality control checks on housekeeping staff’s work.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning products and linens, placing orders as necessary.
  • Provide feedback and performance evaluations to staff members.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives within the housekeeping department.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in Housekeeping Management is preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
