Job Responsibilities
  • Direct daily operations and ensure that service standards are consistently met.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure high service delivery.
  • Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Evaluate financial outcomes and develop improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Engage with partners and suppliers for optimal service delivery.
  • Develop promotional campaigns to attract guests.
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints effectively.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is an advantage
  • Leadership Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Customer Service Exceptional skills in delivering guest satisfaction.
  • Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Effective at identifying issues and implementing solutions.
  • Certified Hospitality Supervisor (CHS)
  • Certificate in Revenue Management
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Conversational)
Advantageous
  • Fluency in multiple languages: Additional language skills can enhance guest relations.
  • Experience with sustainability initiatives: Knowledge of eco-friendly practices in hospitality operations.
