Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Specialist who is passionate about technology and helping customers resolve their technical issues. As a vital part of our team, you will provide first-class technical support to our clients ensuring they have an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries.
  • Resolve user problems and configure systems to meet client needs.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Provide feedback to product and MT development teams to improve user experience.
  • Prepare FAQs and user guides for our clients.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance technical skills.
  • Support the team in achieving service level agreements (SLAs).
