Job Description

As a Correspondence Clerk, you will play a vital role in managing customer communications and inquiries through various written channels. Your ability to engage with customers while ensuring that their concerns are resolved efficiently will be crucial to our success.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming correspondence from customers via email, chat, or written letters.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate recording and documentation of all customer interactions.

Requirements

Education

Experience
