Job Description

We are on the hunt for a qualified Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating mental disorders, providing therapy, and supporting clients on their journey to recovery. Our ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills and a passion for mental health.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals and groups.
  • Collaborate with mult-disciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
  • Educate clients and families about mental health conditions.
  • Lead psychoeducational workshops and group therapy sessions.
  • Stay updated with current research and best practices in psychology.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
  • Participate in professional development activities.
  • Engage in community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness.

Requirements

Education
  • Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology
  • PhD in Psychology is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
