We are looking for a skilled Security Engineer to join our Port Elizabeth team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of cybersecurity protocols, network security, and risk assessment. You will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, and responding to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular security audits and assessments of systems and networks.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and standards.
• Investigate and respond to security breaches and incidents.
• Analyze and report on security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Update and maintain security software and hardware solutions.
• Communicate security concerns and recommendations to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles

Certifications

• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
