Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Description

Looking for a proactive Cybersecurity Analyst to monitor and respond to security threats. You'll play a key role in defending our systems and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate security breaches and incidents to provide a comprehensive report.
• Support compliance efforts including GDPR and POPIA.
• Work with external security vendors for enhanced protective measures.
• Assist in the development of disaster recovery plans.
• Engage in continuous learning to keep skills current and relevant.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Security preferred
• Higher certifications like CISA, CRISC are beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in cybersecurity
