Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician who is ready to tackle the day-to-day technical needs of our users. This role requires a hands-on approach to solving issues, assisting with system administration, and enhancing user experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related queries.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure.
  • Provide training and support on software applications used by the organization.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of IT services and user experience.
  • Help ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Support remote workers with troubleshooting and connection issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate in IT Support or related field
  • Relevant IT certifications are preferred
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in technical support
