We are looking for a dedicated and fit Boat Loader Helper to assist with the efficient loading and unloading of boats at our bustling marina. This role is vital to ensuring that all operations run smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth boat operations.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust loading strategies accordingly.
• Engage in proactive safety measures to protect personnel and equipment.
• Document loading/unloading logs as per company policy.
• Assist in identifying areas of operational improvement.
• Help coordinate with marina management for logistical needs.
• Engage positively with customers and enhance their experience.
• Provide support in event organization as required by management.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Valid Driver's License

Experience

• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Marine Equipment
