• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Promote current sales and special offers to maximize sales.
• Train new staff on sales techniques and customer service standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for sales improvement.
• Monitor competitor activity and report findings to management.

• Matriculation/High School Diploma
• Relevant diploma or degree in Retail Management is advantageous
• Customer Service Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Cash Handling Experience in processing transactions and managing cash.
• Communication Effective communication skills for interacting with customers.
• Teamwork Ability to work cohesively with colleagues to meet goals.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Basic)

• Leadership Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory role is beneficial.
• Bilingual: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
