We are seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join our Johannesburg team. You will be responsible for managing projects from conception through to completion, ensuring quality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural projects from conceptual design to implementation.
• Utilize software tools for structural modeling and analysis.
• Ensure all designs meet safety and sustainability criteria.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to drive project success.
• Prepare documentation for regulatory submissions and approvals.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• Professional certifications in structural engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in structural design

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Building Codes and Regulations

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Analytical Thinking

Certifications

• Chartered Engineer (CEng)
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
