We are seeking a skilled Compliance Policy Specialist to strengthen our compliance team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of compliance requirements and experience in developing policies that align with regulations. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring our operations adhere to applicable laws and internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance audits and regulatory assessments to identify weaknesses.
• Draft compliance reports for management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior compliance staff on best practices.
• Maintain a library of compliance resources and materials.
• Participate in compliance conferences and workshops to stay informed.
• Develop metrics to measure compliance effectiveness and report on progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree in a compliance-related field is highly preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs
