Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Recruitment Leaders, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting the finest talent in the industry. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end hiring process. Responsibilities

  • Analyze talent acquisition metrics to drive improvements in recruiting efficiency.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
  • Design and manage referral programs to encourage internal talent sourcing.
  • Develop candidate engagement strategies to keep potential hires informed and interested.
  • Support diversity recruitment initiatives to build an inclusive workforce.
  • Monitor employee turnover and collaborate on retention strategies.
  • Stay updated on recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Prepare recruitment reports for the management to track progress.
  • Establish connections with universities and vocational institutions for internship and campus recruitment.
  • Drive employee employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related disciplines
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
