Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee our HR operations in Pretoria. You will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to attract top talent.
  • Establish and enforce HR policies that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Support employees in resolving workplace issues and concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to all labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations to drive employee growth.
  • Develop training and professional development programs.
  • Partner with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and report on HR metrics to inform strategic planning.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration is advantageous
