Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist with a passion for talent acquisition and employee engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting the right candidates for various roles, ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring panels.
• Gather and assess candidate feedback post-interview.
• Manage the offer process and negotiations.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree in Human Resources is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of progressive recruitment experience

• Social Media Recruitment

Certifications

• Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR)

Languages

• English: Fluent
