Job Description

As an Account Manager at Tech Innovations Inc., you'll foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth. You'll be the key point of contact for all client interactions, focusing on satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.

  • Conduct client training sessions on new products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and engagements within CRM systems.

  • Lead negotiation discussions ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Participate in strategic meetings with stakeholders to enhance client engagement strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in client relations, ideally in a technology environment
