Job Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
  • Identify client needs and work with product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct client training sessions on new products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and engagements within CRM systems.
  • Develop quarterly business reviews with key clients to discuss goals and achievements.
  • Assist in the development of marketing initiatives aimed at existing clients.
  • Lead negotiation discussions ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Participate in strategic meetings with stakeholders to enhance client engagement strategies.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • MBA is an advantage
  • Salesforce Proficient in Salesforce CRM for managing client interactions.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and presentations.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation Skilled in negotiating terms that satisfy both the client and the company.
  • Certified Account Manager (CAM)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Conversational)
Advantageous
  • Project Management skills: Experience in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of technology solutions: Understanding of the technology landscape to tailor client solutions effectively.
