Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and building lasting relationships. The right candidate will have a background in sales or healthcare, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and clinic staff.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
• Address client inquiries and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
• Follow-up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business is preferred
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare-related training is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
