Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and manage the execution of investment banking transactions.
• Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients, showcasing investment opportunities and strategies.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including lawyers and accountants, to facilitate transactions.
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new clients and promote investment banking services.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Finance or MBA preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in investment banking
