Job Description

As a Travel Consultant at Travel Experts Ltd., you will be responsible for providing expert travel advice and tailored itineraries for clients. Your role includes understanding clients' needs, booking flights, accommodations, and activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and objectives.
• Offer clients exclusive deals and travel promotions for enhanced experiences.
• Ensure all travel services booked meet regulatory and safety standards.
• Actively seek new clients through referrals and networking.
• Develop professional relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to travel bookings as required.
• Provide training and support to junior consultants as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Events Management or Hospitality Management
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a travel-related role

• Social Media Marketing

• Time Management

Certifications

• International Air Transport Association (IATA) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
