Responsibilities

• Facilitate emergency preparedness workshops for local businesses and community groups.
• Create and distribute educational materials about disaster preparedness.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of emergency management programs.
• Support recovery efforts after disasters, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Advise on the procurement of emergency management equipment and supplies.
• Assist in securing funding for emergency management initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualification in Disaster Management or Risk Management
• Advanced degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in emergency services or disaster management
