Job Description

As a key player in our HR team, the Organizational Change Manager will spearhead initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes. You'll work closely with leadership to design and implement effective change management strategies that enhance workforce engagement and minimize resistance.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement training programs tailored to changes occurring within the organization.
  • Utilize metrics to determine the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Liaise with external consultants for insights and best practices in change management.
  • Foster a culture of change resilience by promoting continuous learning and adaptation.
