We are seeking a dedicated Doctor to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional medical care to patients, conducting examinations, diagnosing illnesses, and managing treatment plans. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and ensure a supportive healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patients in a timely manner, ensuring a high standard of care.
• Manage clinic workflow and ensure efficient operations.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement committees.
• Conduct community outreach and health education initiatives.
• Lead and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical qualification
• Higher qualifications in relevant specialties preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting

Technical Skills

• Emergency Response
• Disease Management

• Team Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Familiarity with electronic health records systems: Proficient in using EHR systems efficiently.
• Fluent in multiple languages: Ability to communicate multiple languages is a plus.
