Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations. This position requires a proactive approach and a strong commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Address employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Track employee performance metrics and report findings to management.
  • Manage exit interviews and identify retention strategies.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation of employee records and compliance.
  • Support HR Manager in workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in HR operations and management
Technical Skills
  • HR Information Systems (HRIS)
