Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project life cycle, from initiation to closure.
• Assist in defining project goals and identifying resources.
• Collaborate with senior management to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project deliverables and adjust as needed.
• Guide project teams in implementing best practices.
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Measure project outcomes and report on success metrics.
• Provide expert advice to junior project managers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or equivalent field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in managing projects in various industries

Certifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
