Job Description

In the role of Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help us build and maintain strong relationships with our clientele, ensuring a seamless support experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding their issues.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product knowledge base.
  • Perform data entry tasks related to customer interactions.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members through training.
  • Contribute to team meetings with ideas to improve customer service.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in customer support or service industry experience
