We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our Port Elizabeth team. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond quickly and accurately to customer queries, ensuring a quality customer experience.
Assist in problem identification and resolution for customer-related issues.
Track customer interactions and maintain records to ensure service continuity.
Contribute to the team’s knowledge base by documenting resolutions and FAQs.
Work closely with other departments to facilitate issue resolution.
Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements.
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance service capabilities.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Communication or Business is a plus
Experience
2+ years of experience in customer support or related field
