Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our Port Elizabeth team. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and accurately to customer queries, ensuring a quality customer experience.
  • Assist in problem identification and resolution for customer-related issues.
  • Track customer interactions and maintain records to ensure service continuity.
  • Contribute to the team’s knowledge base by documenting resolutions and FAQs.
  • Work closely with other departments to facilitate issue resolution.
  • Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance service capabilities.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or Business is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or related field

  • CRM Software

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Afrikaans: Basic

Advantageous

  • Experience with Help Desk Software: Familiarity with help desk software such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
