Looking for a passionate Project Manager to lead projects in Durban. You will coordinate between teams, manage project schedules, and ensure quality deliverables that meet our clients' needs. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed.
• Lead project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
• Mitigate project risks and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
• Conduct project evaluations and assessments to measure success.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and ensure the team meets deadlines.
• Facilitate communication between clients and project teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• PMP certification is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in project management
